Nature’s Symphony: Guided Imagery & Sound Bath Meditation With Tanvi Patil

Join Tanvi Patil—a lifelong seeker, Yogi and certified sound healer —for a deeply immersive 90-minute sound bath experience designed to restore balance, reduce stress, and support emotional well-being. Blending guided nature imagery with therapeutic instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, tingshas, and gong, this session transports you through the serenity of forest and ocean landscapes for profound relaxation and inner clarity.

Participants will be gently guided through breath, nature visualization, and multi-layered soundscapes, creating space for your nervous system to reset and achieve energetic alignment. Conclude the experience with calming herbal tea ritual and closing reflection circle. All props are provided but you are welcome to bring your favorite blanket and pillow. No prior experience necessary—just come as you are and receive the healing power of sound.
