The Butterfly Within: A Journey of Somatic Yoga and Restorative Breathwork With Martha Kastler

You are a living embodiment of the energies of creation, preservation, and transformation. These forces are always at play—and all are necessary.

Within you live all the phases of the butterfly. Without the cocoon, there is no becoming.
There is something within you ready to be released, something beautiful to be preserved, and something entirely new waiting to emerge.

Over four weeks, we will come together in sacred space—supported by Sankalpa (heartfelt intention), Somatic Yoga, and the transformative power of your breath. Together, we will honor and explore your unique phase of transformation.

You’ll leave each class feeling more at ease, aligned, and embodied—better able to meet yourself with presence, courage, and wholeheartedness.

$80 for the 4-week series; $25 to drop in weekly
