Community Meditation + Tea Social

Ease into stillness with a cup of tea and a circle of community.

We’ll gather at 7:30pm for a short social before gently transitioning into our meditation time. This is a beginner-friendly, choose-your-own-adventure meditation space: sit in a chair, cozy up with props on the floor, stretch out lying down, or settle into traditional lotus — all options welcome.

Each month we explore different techniques to keep things light and curious. This month’s theme is Trataka, or candle gazing — a yogic practice of focusing the eyes on a single flame to calm the mind, sharpen concentration, and steady inner vision. We’ll also experiment with gentle sound as a way to support the shift into meditation.

No experience needed — just bring your presence and willingness to try. Come connect, unwind, and explore the quiet magic of shared silence.
