Rhododendron Mulching at the Cabins

Join us as we mulch around our rhododendron garden located within the RMSP cabin area!

Roan Mountain State Park planted rows of Rhododendron around the cabin area thanks to your donations during previous year's "Vote Your Favorite State Park" event. To help support these plants and beautify the area, we will be mulching around the individual plants. Volunteers should bring plenty of water, gloves if they have them, and dress appropriately for the weather. All other tools will be provided by the park.
