Perea Nature Trail Forest Bathing

$8 per person, pre-registration required. 20 spots available. Register by calling 505-585-4188 or visit https://www.forestbathingfinder.com/guide-profile/riverwisetherapy/ The Perea Nature Trail is about 35 minutes drive from the Albuquerque area and is managed by the Bureau of Land Management. This will be a very slow, mindful walk along an "easy" rated loop trail along desert washes and seasonal marsh with juniper forest and high desert trees and shrubs. Talia will guide participants in a series of "invitations" designed to help people relax, connect with the senses, and enhance their relationships with the land and beings. Recommended for ages 10 and up. Further location/directions information provided upon registration.
