Monday Mood Boost Walk

$8 per person, pre-registration required by calling 505-585-4188 or visit https://www.forestbathingfinder.com/guide-profile/riverwisetherapy/ This will be a very slow, mindful walk through the gardens and to the bosque open space. Talia will guide participants in a series of "invitations" designed to help people relax and improve mood, connect with the senses, and enhance their relationships with the land and beings.
