Soundbath & Breathwork @ Pinnacle Wellness

Join Purposeful Living @ Pinnacle Wellness for a lovely June evening of magical sound and guided breathwork.

Let go of stress with sound medicine and your breath.

Use this time to strengthen your intuition while also working on healing old wounds.

This can also help with depression.

We will be working with aligning our chakras and our connection to higher self.

We also want to have complete clarity from our breath and the sounds.

Please bring:.

Yoga Mat
Eye Mask
Pillows to possibly lay on a hard surface
Light shawl/scarf (in case you get cold)

It will be a beautiful evening. We will be outside.
