Coptic Bind your own Fic/Journal!

Coptic Binding, also called Ethiopian Binding, is one of the oldest binding styles in the world. It's stayed in fashion for a few reasons:
- The resulting book lies flat, making it ideal for journals and sketch books
- It looks intricate, but the binding is actually quite accessible for beginners
- Supplies to make such a book are easy to obtain!


Come join local graphic novelist Argyle (NarwhalsExist.com) as we take a modern spin on this ancient bookbinding technique by binding a fanfic! All supplies are included in the cost, just bring a link to your favorite fic and we'll get binding. Or don't, we can always make a blank journal with the same technique :)

Optional supplies:
- Awl
- Cutting Mat
- Knife
- Patterned/Textured paper for cover
- Waxed/Embroidery Floss if you have a specific color you want
- Bone Folder
