Rock & Relax: A Meditative Rock Sound Bath

Settle in for a soothing and soulful sound bath with Sound Healer Melanie Fox at Wildflower on 7th in Reno.

Sunday July 27th at 4 pm

Let your favorite songs carry you inward. This is not your typical sound bath. Rock & Relax weaves crystal singing bowls chimes and other sound healing instruments with the energy of iconic rock music reimagined in a meditative melodic flow. Expect a soulful journey through sound that soothes your nervous system while awakening something deeper within.

✨ Please note: This event is not held in a yoga studio so come prepared to create your own cozy setup. We recommend bringing:

• A yoga mat or towel
• A blanket
• A pillow and/or bolster
• An eye mask or anything else that helps you fully relax

You’ll be lying down for most of the experience so your comfort is key. Feel free to bring whatever helps you settle in and soften.

No experience with sound baths (or rock music!) is necessary. Just bring yourself your curiosity and your cozy gear.

Cancellation Policy

We know that life is full of surprises and sometimes plans need to shift. To keep things fair for everyone and to honor the energy that goes into preparing each event here’s how cancellations are handled:

• 72+ hours before the event: Eligible for a full refund
• 48-72 hours before the event: Eligible for a 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours before the event: Non-refundable
