Beer Yoga

Join us for Beer Yoga, Sunday, June 1st at 10 am. The class will be led by Sienna, an experienced yoga instructor from Sweet Apple Yoga and Yoga Pod. This fun and laid-back yoga session is perfect for all skill levels, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just looking to try something new. You’ll receive a beer of your choice to enjoy as you flow through poses and sip your way to serenity. Space is limited and will sell out.
