About One Man Gone:
One Man Gone is the Bay Area Peninsula’s premier Grateful Dead tribute band, delivering high-energy performances filled with heart and soul. Specializing in the Dead’s 1970-1987 era, OMG blends a powerful two-guitar, two-drummer sound that captures both the raw, bar-band spirit and the band’s progressive, disco, and improvisational influences. Their shows feature two dynamic sets—starting with country-tinged rock and deep cuts before launching into extended jams that take the audience on a wild, danceable journey. The band’s core lineup includes Travis Huch on guitar and lead vocals, Mark Perlson on guitar and vocals, Alex Bird on bass, and the dual drumming powerhouse of Mark Heller and Bill Gunn.
Formed during the pandemic, One Man Gone found an eager audience when they began playing socially distanced outdoor shows at Palo Alto’s Mitchell Park bowl. These impromptu concerts quickly became a beloved local tradition, helping the band build a devoted following. Over the years, OMG has welcomed many guest musicians and side members, spanning generations from 12 to 72. Today, they bring that same infectious energy to bars, clubs, and festivals, expanding their reach while staying true to the spirit of community and celebration that defines the Grateful Dead experience.
About Opening Act Redwood Souls:
Redwood Souls plays old-time traditional music and originals. Dorothea McCowan's voice and finger-style guitar is reminesent of the 1920s through 60s greats with an angelic sound all her own. John Henry's fingerpicking and singing sounds rooted in Southern Mississippi, as opposed to South Palo Alto where he was born. The duo sings about peace, joy, love to bring compassion into the world through music.

About Odd Fellows Bay View Lodge 109:
Bay View Lodge is the oldest fraternal (with men and woman) organization in Redwood City and as far as can be ascertained, the oldest fraternal organization duly chartered in all of San Mateo County. Starting in the early 1700s in England in order to care for those in need, Odd Fellowship came to the state of California shortly after the discovery of gold in 1849 and some of our oldest lodges are still in existence today throughout the Mother Lode country of California. Just as many Odd Fellows Lodges were off shoots of another lodge, so it was with Bay View Lodge.
The teachings of Odd Fellowship are to visit the sick, help individuals and families in need, to bury the dead and educate the orphan. The early day brothers believed fervently in these teachings. As a result of their dedication to the teachings of Odd Fellowship, the lodge prospered and within ten years had well over 100 members; which in itself was remarkable considering the population of Redwood City at that time.
Today, the Odd Fellows Bay View Lodge meets bi-weekly with goals to support the community with volunteer work, hosting and sponsoring local organizations' events, and creating a welcome environment for all visitors and members!
