Housing Forum: Models of Success in Permanent Supportive Housing

Housing designed for our unhoused neighbors is possible! Come hear how we can do it at two special community events.

First is a screening of the powerful documentary Community First: A Home for the Homeless, a film that highlights the work of Community First! Village, which is an innovative and successful model for mitigating homelessness in Austin, TX. It's from 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 25, at First Presbyterian Church of Bend, 230 NE 9th St., Bend.

Second is a Central Oregon community forum, featuring special guest, Alan Graham, the founder of Community First! Village, who will share his personal experiences and our build our community imagination for housing the chronically homeless population. That is from 10-11:30 a.m. Monday, June 30, at Mountain View Fellowship, 1475 SW 35th St., Redmond.
