Balancing and maintaining a healthy nervous system and refreshing the overactive mind are essential tools supporting your best version of yourself.  This is delivered through a soundscape of harmonics, overtones and binaural beats in voice, gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums, flutes and other instruments that help to relax and release deeply into harmony & balance.   

Soundshala offers its signature offerings for children, the aging demographic, organizations, as well as the general public through regular classes, certification programs, workshops, courses, retreats, festivals and keynote engagements. Soundshala also offers one on one customized sound healing and yoga sessions.

Kevin’s practice is focused on consciously accessing the inner teacher and increasing the level of our own personal awareness. We seek to re-establish health and harmony by un-obstructing the flow of prana through the body's energy channels and connecting to our innate divine essence that is our natural authentic self.
