Sangria and Sunprints

Did you know that more than 1 million plastic bags are used every minute? The useful life of each of those plastic bags averages 15 minutes. This results in millions of pounds of plastic waste in our landfills and oceans. Join us in taking a small step to reduce plastic use in support of Plastic Free July. Our team will guide participants on a hike, gather inspiration, and return to The Nature Place to create our own sunprints on reusable tote bags to take home. The sun will help us create beautiful art.

Sangria & Sunprints is an adult program, however, we encourage you to register your children for Paint with a Purpose (being offered at the same time). We will lead the kiddos through the Paint with a Purpose activity while you enjoy Sangria & Sunprints!
