We are really excited to be hosting Lucy Crawford for a weekend of Mysore practice, movement explorations on the Fascial Body, and workshops on Muscle Energy Techniques (METS).

Lucy is one of the most knowledgeable and influential teachers and this is a special opportunity to practice with her - she is one of the worlds most renowned ashtanga yoga teachers, and her wealth and depth of experience is an opportunity not to be missed!

Cost: £175 early bird until end of May / £195 after

**Please Note: This weekend is suitable for those with at least six months of Mysore-style Ashtanga practice.
It is not suitable for ashtanga beginners or those who have done only ashtanga led classes. Please note that you need six months experience of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, not generic Yoga. If you have any questions as to whether this weekend is suitable, please contact us **
