Move in Waves & Spirals: Yoga Dance Workshop

Explore your mobility and flexibility, while being challenged with unique transitions through familiar poses.

This session will offer fluidity of movement with applications of Horton dance techniques, vinyasa yoga sequences and Tripchichorre style of yoga practice integrated into one.

Learn and explore movement like never before creating waves and spirals

Taught by our In-house Osteopath, Yulia, this class will be founded in medical and therapeutic research and science based learning.
