Ashtanga Intensive: with Raili and Katia
Sunday 17th August – Wednesday 20th August

Experience the benefits of a daily morning Ashtanga practice with us.
Our Ashtanga Intensive provides 4 days of supported Ashtanga practice plus a theory workshop with brunch.
You will have time to ask questions and really immerse yourself in what the practice has to offer.


Sunday 9-11am followed by brunch together (family welcome to join us for brunch)
Mon - Wednesday 6:30-8:30am supported practice with Raili/Katia
This intensive is suitable for existing and new practitioners.


If you are new to Self Practice you are welcome to join and we will support you to learn the sequence and start your journey with Ashtanga yoga.
