Juneteenth Celebration at Northeast Branch

Let's celebrate Juneteenth, which marks when the very last people who had been wrongfully enslaved in Texas learned of the Emancipation Proclamation which declared them free citizens. There will be food, music, activities, free books, and lots and lots of fun!
