Kazden began her career at Chaddock in 2018 as an intern. From 2018 to 2021 she worked in direct care with the youngest clients to provide their day to day needs while creating a safe and supportive environment for them to learn and grow in. In 2021, she accepted a position within the same building to begin working with the parents and guardians.
