Capital Readiness Day is a dynamic, in-person event designed to help demystify and navigate the capital landscape, help Rhode Island small businesses strengthen their financial portfolio, and connect directly with lenders.This day-long educational event will include:

• Capital Access 101: a practical session covering key funding concepts and what lenders look for when evaluating businesses.
• Lender Panel: to share insights on the types of capital they offer and how entrepreneurs can best prepare to engage with them.
• One-on-One Capital Coaching: participants will present their needs, ask questions, and receive targeted feedback
• Workshops: interactive sessions tailored to participant’s current capital readiness, offering practical tools to advance their funding goals.
• Networking & Resource Sharing: build relationships with fellow entrepreneurs, lenders, and support organizations to help move their business forward.

Capital day is designed to meet entrepreneurs where they are while creating a welcoming, low-pressure environment for direct engagement with funders.
