Big Kids Yoga

Big Kids Yoga is designed for children ages 6–12, introducing them to breathing, centering, and meditation in a fun and engaging way. Classes may include themed crafts and a variety of yoga poses to promote flexibility and build strength. Melissa, from KBS Yoga, brings props and music to create an inviting atmosphere, helping kids enjoy the experience while learning techniques they can carry long after class. If possible, please bring a towel, blanket, or yoga mat.
