AcuNidra

AcuNidra is a natural blending of acupuncture and conscious meditation or Yoga Nidra. Dr. Mary Claire and Rachel Langus team up for this event.

Carefully chosen acupuncture points are placed into specific body areas on your arms, legs, and forehead to promote a mind-calming state of relaxation. Rachel proceeds with a yogic sleep-guided meditation to assist you in destressing, resting, and restoring.

Rest in a supportive recliner with heat, a heated neckwrap, a weighted lap blanket, and eye pillow, and leave feeling refreshed as if you've had a full night's sleep.

Consider bringing a light blanket if you tend to get cold!
