Acu+Sound Bath (Elemental: Metal)

Join Dr. Mary Claire Dilks, DACM, on an immersive Elemental AcuSound bath. In this experience, you’ll be invited to align with Season and the seasonal elements in Nature: Wind, Earth, Fire, Water, and Metal. Starting with Qi Gong to balance the Seasonal elemental, we’ll be using specific acupuncture points to facilitate grounding, energy flow, and seasonal harmony. Instruments including singing bowls, gongs, cello, chimes and more, will bring participants into a deep state of relaxation and will reaffirm the sacred rhythmic connection between our bodies and Nature.

Please wear loose clothing that easily goes up to your knee. Those who tend to get cold may want to bring a light blanket to stay warm.
