Let me take you on a journey…..

A safe space where you can unwind, deeply relax, release and let go.
A space where you can just be.

Nourishment for your mind, body and soul.

Beautiful sounds through sacred instruments.

Please come along and take this time for yourself. If you’ve never been to a sound bath before, try it! You might just love it!!
No experience necessary.

Wear something comfortable
(pj’s permitted 😉) bring a blanket and a pillow.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before to get in and get settled. The door will be locked just before we start and unfortunately I won’t be able to let anyone in once we start.

Booking is essential.
