The pace of modern life has disconnected lots of people from their breath and their bodies and we tend to live predominantly in the mind which leads to tension in the body and taking a toll on emotional, physical and mental health.
Breakthrough Breathwork allows the body to release and restore, through breathing consciously. The rhythmic breathing creates relaxation, balance and wellbeing in the mind and the body.

Contraindications:
As a Breathwork Facilitator, I prioritise your safety and well-being. While Breakthrough Breathwork can be profoundly transformative, it's essential to recognise that this style of Breathwork is for over 18's only. By attending the session, you understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being and agree that you are adequately prepared to participate.
Breakthrough Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for people with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, use of a pace-maker, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery.
Breathwork is also not advised for persons with mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications.
It is also unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms.
Pregnant women are advised against practicing Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician.
People who have asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with a medical professional before taking part.
This work is deeply experiential. It may involve intense and energetic emotional release.
