About the event

Nordic Walking Taster session

On Monday, the 28th July at 11 am, there will be a Free Come and Try Nordic Walking at Heaton Park. The meeting place will be the car park by the children's play area near Stables Cafe. Poles will be provided FREE. You will learn the basics of Nordic Walking and walk with the existing group for part of the session. Numbers are limited to 6. If you are interested, please feel free to contact me on 07967 318501. So that I can book you in.
