Bolero + dance performance by La Cuntessa | Movie Barf Monday

Movie Barf Monday is a film night dedicated to screening English-friendly films in Prague's Edison Filmhub. Every film features an introduction from film presenter Ryan Keating and a special guest for an post-film discussion or performance.

💃 Directed by Anne Fontaine (Coco Before Chanel, The Innocents) comes new biopic Bolero! Set in Paris in the Roaring Twenties, choreographer Ida Rubinstein chooses Maurice Ravel to compose the music for her next ballet. She wants something bold, something sensual. Well known and established, Ravel finds himself unable to write anything. Reliving his memories, facing his old loves and failures, the composer will give birth to his greatest success ever: the Bolero.

🎼 The film screening will be accompanied by a dance performance by popular Prague-based drag queen, La Cuntessa!
