We’re dropping the needle again for the second edition of SoundRise Vinyl Thursdays—our adults-only analog jam where groove takes center stage. Expect themed vinyl sets, crate-digging DJs, and a room full of people who love their music warm, real, and played straight from the source.

Think slow conversations, soul-driven beats, cocktails with character, and food you can move with. It’s not a gig. It’s a cultural reset.

Nehal Shah, aka That Brown Girl, is the founder of India Record Co.—India’s first woman-run independent record store.A passionate vinyl collector and selector, Nehal curates sets that span soul, funk, disco, and beyond, bringing a tactile, immersive experience to music lovers. Her mission is to create deeper connections to music through the analog medium, fostering a community that values intentional listening and shared experiences. 🪩🤠🍸

• Vinyl Jukebox Hour: Kick off the night by digging through curated crates and selecting tracks to cue up—your chance to be part of the setlist. 💿
• Live Vinyl Set: That Brown Girl will spin a soulful blend of funk, soul, disco, and more, keeping the vibes warm and the conversations flowing.
• Art Night: Explore Kala Ghoda's galleries, open late until 9 PM, before settling into the musical haven at Malido. 🎨
• Curated Dining: Indulge in Malido Café's special à la carte dinner menu with Parsi-inspired plates, paired with hand crafted cocktails by Stranger & Sons. 🍔🥃
