Gentle Yoga Group Class

This yoga class is very gentle! Among many things, Shannon is also a therapeutic yoga instructor. So she can be a great fit for someone who needs to move a little slower or who has had past injuries. She’s very good at working with exceptions. The intensity of this class is by invitation, not by expectation. Yoga in a spiritual environment is much different than yoga in a studio or in a gym. If you have not tried it, you should. It comes highly recommended!
