Successful children’s authors are invited to schools - and invited back if they provide value when they are there.

Planning activities around publications and confident oral performances of them are key to success in children’s literature, in this interactive workshop.

Children’s publisher and author, @Gary Fyles, inspired us with his children's writing workshop early in the year -- honestly, we all left the workshop buzzing. Here he will guide writers through the process of creating ideas that children will respond to.

Using his twenty years experience in education, and a decade in the publishing industry, Gary will cover how to deliver what kids (and schools) want from an author visit, across the breadth of styles, genres and audiences in children’s literature. Be a hit with your author visits.
