What is Invisible Threads, you may ask? Join us and resident mindfulness expert, Alexander as we explore safe spaces within ourselves and practice strengthening our mental well-being.
What we intend to create for you: A space that encourages people to feel, not analyze. Opportunity to reconnect with your sense of self and your surroundings.
