Food Truck Party Vacation Bible School

Food Truck Party is Portland FUMC's Kids' Camp 2025! It's our annual 3-day jam-packed fun that you don't want to miss!


WHO: Kids, ages 3-years to incoming 6th grade (incoming 7th grade and older are invited to serve with us!). Friends, Family, and Neighbors are all welcome! All abilities welcome.

WHERE: Pick Up & Drop Off will be at the Chapel at Portland FUMC (1838 SW Jefferson St, Portland, OR 97201)

WHEN (days): Wednesday, June 25th to Friday, June 27th.
(plus save the evening of Friday, June 27 for a special family gathering, more details coming soon!)

WHEN (times):
- 8:45am Check-In Begins
- 9:00am Gathering Sessions (chapel)
- 9:30am The Fun Begins
- 12:00pm (lunch)
- 1:00pm (Afternoon Adventure)
- 4:00pm (Parent Pick-up at Portland FUMC)

FIELD TRIPS: (Afternoon Adventures Could Change)
- Wednesday: Bowling at PSU via MAX
- Thursday: Omsi via MAX
- Friday: Games and Movie in the Sanctuary
ROTATIONS:
Rotations include a few stations with activities that are unique, creative, and fun ways to engage faith. Snacks and games will take place mid-morning. Be sure to specify and dietary restrictions in this waiver.

LUNCH:
Families are asked to send lunch with their child. If your family needs any assistance with a sack lunch, please reach out to Y2Fzc2lkeSB8IGZ1bWNwZHggISBvcmc= by June 19 and we'll make sure your student has food.

SCHEDULES:
We understand Summer Schedules are packed. We ask that your child join us for all three days, however, we want to accommodate your child's appointment to get braces or get to evening space camp on time. If you need any scheduling accommodations, please email Y2Fzc2lkeSB8IGZ1bWNwZHggISBvcmc=

COST:
To help cover the cost of supplies, snacks, and tickets, we're asking families to pay $10/child. This can be paid with card, or you can pay with cash/check on the first day of camp (June 25).

*Cost should never be a hurdle for participating, scholarship is available. Please request via email (Y2Fzc2lkeSB8IGZ1bWNwZHggISBvcmc=) by June 23.
