Yoga in the Park: Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Join us for four-week yoga classes in collaboration with Intentional Yoga. This month's theme is Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Focus on building strength, stamina, and balance while improving flexibility, endurance, long-term health, and stress reduction.

Bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable exercise clothing. Each session accommodates up to 40 participants and is suitable for all skill levels. Open to participants ages 14 and up. *The May 22 class will be at the rain location: Portage Parks & Recreation, 320 Library Lane.
