Thanksgiving Scene Stealers – Chef Glenys - Cooking Class

Please read our before registering! This FAQ will answer questions about what to expect from our events, how to book, cancellation policies and more.

On the menu tonight:

Roasted Grape Crostini - the BC Coronation grapes, cheese, olive oil toasted crostini

White Sweet Potato Soup - the “other” sweet potato- with apple, miso and ginger

Fresh Herb-Dry Brine Turkey Breast - works on any size bird!

Brussels Sprouts “Agradolce”- a little Italian influence with balsamic, pancetta, capers

Roasted Parsnips and Carrots with Horseradish Herb Butter - prep ahead, easy finish

Infused Cream Mashed Potatoes- simple method with updated flavour

Cranberry Sauce with Star Anise, Lime and Chipotle- a little whiskey or rum if you like

Pumpkin Tiramisu- the perfect make-ahead dessert- serve with shaved chocolate!

$129+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
