Soups and Stews - Chef Bruno - Cooking Class

Please read our before registering! This FAQ will answer questions about what to expect from our events, how to book, cancellation policies and more.

On the menu tonight:

Portuguese Caldo Verde - a traditional Portuguese soup made with potatoes, chorizo sausage and thinly sliced greens. Hearty, homey and comforting

Irish Guinness Stew - Guinness gives the sauce an incredible rich, deep flavour, and the beef is fall-apart tender. Perfect for rainy fall weather.

Coq au Vin - This classic chicken and red wine stew is all about succulent bone-in chicken pieces braised in a glossy, alluringly dark and rich red wine sauce.

$119+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Please inquire prior to booking if there are any diet or allergy concern. No accommodations can be arranged for this event, but you are welcome to participate and learn something new!
