Paddleboard Yoga - Sundays

Weekly yoga classes on the water at Buntzen Lake!

*You will need to pick up a free parking pass starting at 7am Saturday morning for the 'morning' time slot in order to access the lake on Sunday*

Register for a drop-in class or pick up a 4-class card to attend any of the Thursday or Sunday night classes from June - August. Classes are fun, playful and led by Shannon, who has been teaching SUP Yoga for over 10 years!

Must have your own board, leash, paddle and PFD. Must be comfortable paddling in most conditions and can paddle confidently.
