Lillie, fully accredited with CMA (Complementary Medical Association) works mainly with crystal singing bowls which are made from clear quartz. Clear quartz can help to amplify energy and absorb, making this sound healing journey perfect for mental, emotional and physical healing.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Your journey will begin with an oracle card pull as Lillie sets the intention for your Sound Journey, you will then by guided into relaxation, connection to breath, preparing for the mind and body to receive sound
You will begin to hear a range of sounds which restore the normal vibratory frequencies of diseased and out of harmony parts of the body, mind and soul. The mind may spend time reflecting, processing or even calling in your higher self
Just lie back, breathe and receive. No movement, no effort - just a deeply meditative, restorative experience bathed in sound and intention.
WHAT TO BRING
All you really need to bring is yourself! We have yoga mats, bolsters and blankets, but you may like to bring your own blanket and pillow too. If you have an eye pillow, this is sometimes enjoyed and wear comfortable clothing.
