You’re warmly invited to join Loving Life Lillie for a morning of sound healing magic, movement and community at our sunrise gathering designed to awaken your senses and leave you glowing from the inside out. Here’s what awaits you…


💗 SUNRISE SOUND HEALING 💗
As the first golden sun rays kiss the sea, you’ll be guided through a deeply calming sound healing session. The gentle hum of crystal bowls and chimes will soothe your nervous system, quiet your mind and tune your body into the natural rhythms of the earth and ocean. Expect to feel lighter, clearer, and beautifully grounded.

🪩 JOYFUL AWAKENING MOVEMENT 🪩
Soft, playful somatic movement to gently wake your body - think stretching, swaying and shaking off any sluggishness from sleep. This isn’t a workout; it’s an energetic body understanding, designed to unlock joy, ease tension and spark energy for the day ahead.

🐬 OPTIONAL SEA DIPS 🐬
For the brave souls called to the water, we’ll be dipping into the refreshing sea (totally optional, but oh-so-rewarding). There’s something magical about the rush of cold water at sunrise - it’s a reset for the body and mind, leaving you feeling vibrant, alive and unstoppable.

🥐 COMPLIMENTARY HOMEMADE CROISSANTS 🥐
Once you’ve moved, breathed and maybe braved the sea, you’ll be welcomed back to shore with lovingly baked croissants.

💚 NAROOMA MATCHA CLUB POP-UP 💚
Our friends from Narooma Matcha Club will be popping up with their magical matcha to help give you that post-swim glow and give you a power boost for your day ahead!


Expect to float through the rest of your day with a full heart and a radiant spirit. You’ll likely feel calm, clear and deeply connected to yourself and nature. Energised and refreshed. Nourished from the inside out - body, mind and spirit. Uplifted by meaningful connection and community celebration
