Course Format:
This course is a blend of lecture, discussion, and hands-on practice. You’ll experience giving and receiving Reiki in all its forms and gain the confidence to practice independently. To fully integrate your training, we encourage continued practice after the course—whether it’s a few hours weekly or a small commitment over a longer period.
