Motor City Muscle - DMG + Powerlifting America

There’s still time to register and join us for DMG’s first Powerlifting America-sanctioned meet, Motor City Muscle!

This is a two session, single platform meet. Lifters competing in this meet will be able to qualify for Powerlifting America's Nationals for 2026. Lifters must be members of Powerlifting America prior to the date of competition.

Two Sessions:
- Session 1 (Ladies and 1/3 of men determined after registration close)
- 6:30am - Doors Open
- 7:00am - Weigh ins begin
- 8:15am - Rules meeting
- 9:00am - Lifting starts
- 1:00pm - Awards for morning divisions and Ladies' Best Lifter
- Session 2
- 12:00pm - Weigh ins
- 1:15pm - Rules Meeting
- 2:00pm - Lifting starts
- 6:00pm - Awards for remaining divisions and Men's Best Lifter
