Every circle features a short guided meditation and a gently facilitated group conversation, all centered around a meaningful theme. Wednesday, July 23, 6:30–8pm – Saying Yes
Explore what it means to claim space in your life—whether setting boundaries or embracing new opportunities—and what opens up when you say yes to yourself.
Wednesday, August 6, 6:30–8pm – Living with Grace
Move through life with softness and self-compassion. Let go of perfection and honor what is.
Sunday, August 17, 1–2:30pm – Being Present
In our final circle, we’ll return to the present moment—awake, aware, and open to the beauty all around us.
