1st Saturday Meeting

The next meeting will be Saturday, June 7th at Faith Lutheran Church, 1701 E Park Blvd, Plano, TX 75074, from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm. Our meetings are “come and go” – you are not required to attend the entire time.

Bring your lunch and beverage if you are staying for most of the day.

If you would like to help at the meeting, but not sure what to do, we will be skip stitching fleece, cutting fleece strips, matching quilt tops with backs and binding, sewing on labels, attaching poems, sorting and bagging blankets for delivery and if you are not familiar with these tasks, someone will be glad to show you.

Bring your crochet to work on – there will be skip stitched fleece ready to crochet if you need it. Bring your sewing machine, thread, scissors, etc. if you would like to sew quilt tops. We will have a supply of quilt tops ready.

If you are in need of yarn, we will have several bags of various colors at the meeting. If you are looking for a particular color, contact us and we will try to bring it to the meeting.

Or if you just want to pick up supplies to work on at home, you can do that as well.
