This hike will be at a fairly brisk pace and may not be a good idea for beginners.
We will meet at Dorba Trail Head #2
We will start the day hiking the Dogwood Canyon Trail. This primitive path of 2.6 miles each way winds through the Cross timbers and pockets of native prairie, providing a variety of views. Note: No water is available along this trail. This trail is rated as moderate.

We will start the second part of the hike on the DORBA trail blue loop continuing on to the Orange and Pink loops, making left turns as always and make it back to the trail head. Both loops are considered moderate. The Blue loop is 1.1 miles total and the Orange and Pink loops are 3.1 miles/. The second half of the hike will be 4.2 miles
