The Feminine Hour; Women's Wellness Open House

You're invited to The Feminine Hour; a women's wellness event at Ahwatukee's Empowerment & Wellness Center! Hosted by Erin Call (Embodiment Coach & creator of The Soul Naked Collective) & Stephanie Olschner (Sovereign wellness coach & lymphatic drainage specialist).

We have birthed The Feminine Hour as an open house style gathering! An invitation, to women interested in thriving from the inside out; to explore the space, the many offerings and events available through the center and to gather with like minded women! Instead of happy hour- drop into The feminine hour- enjoy mocktails and light snacks on us and just maybe you'll find this as a place for you to land!

We're a fun group of women who are dedicated to holisitic wellbeing and women's embodiment- from energy medicines to somatic breathwork, lymphatic drainage, bioenergetics, sensual movement, nutrition and women's community- we're a wealth of knowledge and open hearts!

We can't wait to see you on May 14th from 6-8pm! We are going to do an opening meditation at 6:30 pm to ground into the space- if you can make it for that we'd love to have you. Otherwise you are welcome to drop into anytime between 6 and 8!

This is a donation based offering where all proceeds benefit The Rising Rose Foundation (read more here). Suggested donation $20, but please give whatever you feel led to give!
