Sagittarius is an energy that reminds us that every journey and adventure is our soul's spiritual quest to know truth, wisdom, meaning and purpose. And everything matters. This evening will be focused on connecting your spirit to Great Spirit- discover what is ready to be released and enter into the space knowing that you can come exactly as you are. It's through this deep connection to our essence that we contact the muse and our soul is stirred with inspiration.
Come experience the power of Crystal singing bowls, Chimes, Gongs, and other healing instruments to surround you with the healing frequencies of sound and vibration. You will be guided into a meditative state so that you can deeply rest and reset your nervous system in a safe and peaceful enviroment.
Sound can transport you to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace so that you can access the hypnagogic state. This state is the transitional stage between being awake and asleep, where your extrasensory perception can be enhanced and you can deeply listen to your intution, connect to your Highest Self, release stress, balance your energy, and awaken your mind, body and spirit. Sound waves are safe, natural way to stimulate the mind/body/spirit to deeply rest, and as you know, all healing happens through REST.
No experience necessary- all are welcome!
📍Bring your own yoga mat, pillow, pen and two cozy blankets. You wwant to bring as much as possible to make sure you are comfortable on the floor.
