This transformative workshop is to support you to identify the energetic blocks around abundance, then open your spirit to the portal of unlimited supply and reprogram your nervous system.

First, we will focus on seeing the shadow, as this is a vital part of unblocking. This means we identify the fears, anxieties and stories that are keeping you stuck. Then I will teach you the energetics of embodying abundance. You will have time to write and contemplate and then I will use Sound Medicine to guide you into a restful state and teach you to reprogram the nervous system so that you can create a life that feels aligned, fulfilled and abundant. The healing vibrations of Sound is a powerful tool to support you to reprogram the body, mind and spirit.

No one can reprogram for you- and in this workshop you will take the action and learn exactly how to do it.

Please come prepared to write, process, journal and contemplate deeply. This experience is about embodiment, restful action and engaging with our own inner self.
