Many of us operate unknowingly from our childhood selves and their needs, which can shape our perspectives and the ways we respond to challenges, opportunities, and relationships. It can feel like there’s an internal conflict with a part of you that you avoid or feel shame about; like you are repeatedly trying to meet your needs in ways that feel unsatisfying; like holding an identity that no longer feels fully true.

Join the immersive workshop, Use Your Inside Voice, where you will use guided exercises, expressive arts, and breathwork, to foster a more harmonious relationship with your inner child and step into life with greater clarity and self-compassion.

They will also be hosting four complimentary mini-sessions over Zoom, to give a brief introduction, lead an experiential process, and answer any questions you have. Each session will be unique-- you are welcome to attend multiple and bring friends and guests.

The mini-sessions will be:

• Sunday, May 4 at 2:15pm,
• Wednesday, May 14 at 10am,
• Thursday, May 22 at 6:30, and
• Thursday May 29 at 6:30.

About the Teachers:
Dani Brazinski is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Art Therapist, Rebirthing Breathworker, and artist based near the Philadelphia area.

Ambrose Devine-Gage is a Rebirthing Breathworker and Core Energetics Practitioner, artist, and clown, based in Philadelphia. They have a private somatic practice and lead monthly group breathwork sessions.
