UMN Extension and Minnesota Honey Producers Association Field Day

This Field Day is for experienced beekeepers who are looking for advanced training. Please bring your own protective gear, but leave your hive tools at home!

Field Day topics include: Queen Rearing, Comb Honey Production, Demaree Method, Colony Health Checks, Bear Fences and more!

Expert Instructors: Commercial Beekeepers: Dan Whitney, Mark Sundberg, Jon Holte, Jeff Hull, Wes Hull University of Minnesota Extension: Dr. Katie Lee.

We are excited that Dr. Meghan Milbrath and Dr. Marla Spivak have joined the group of field day experts to share their bee health, beekeeping and queen breeding expertise.

Registration cost: $65 member $75 non member

Registration is available online only. Participation is limited to the first 36 online registrants. There will be NO opportunity to register on the day of the event.
