Dr. Samarpan Buchalter has distilled his knowledge from his specializations in chiropractic, osteopathy, & physical therapy to lead you through a spine healing yoga sequence that will teach you how to maintain your body for the rest of your life.

ChiroYoga™️ is a practice that unifies the healing principles of chiropractic such as mobility, joint & muscular health, & the maintenance of your full ranges of motion with the ancient wisdom practices of yoga such as breathing practices, philosophy, & meditation.

Your body will be nourished, moved, & celebrated in ways that will ensure you have the tools to enhance your vitality & functional ability. This class is open to all levels of yogis as it will redefine what movements & practices are absolutely essential for you to have a healthy, vibrant spine and beyond. This is where movement & healing unify in the most powerful way possible.

*Mats + Props provided. Hot/cold tea & hot/cold towel provided. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to find parking and settle in.
