Creativity isn’t just for artists or writers—it lives in all of us. When we feel stuck or low, reconnecting with what inspires us can shift our energy and help us see life through a new lens.
We’ll begin by exploring where creativity comes from, how to access it, and ways to awaken it. Through reflective discussion and shared ideas, we’ll uncover how creative energy can support our well-being and bring more joy into everyday life.
Then, you’ll be guided into a meditative sound healing experience using crystal singing bowls. Their pure tones create powerful vibrational energy that quiets the mind, soothes the nervous system, and opens space for clarity and creative flow. You’ll be invited to sit in this expansive energy—remaining open to receiving inspiration and reconnecting with your inner spark.
